Xray Grant from Moody Foundation Grant to DCAP for $55,222 to purchase Xray Machine and Equipment for Dallas Animal Services to provide life-saving services for injured animals entering DAS.

Emergency Relief Grant from ASPCA to DCAP for $10,000 to help DAS cover cost of caring for Bentley, Nina Pham’s dog, exposed to Ebola.

3-Year Volunteer Program Grant from Meadows to DCAP. $300,000 to implement DAS volunteer program, hiring full-time manager and part-time coordinator plus expenses for 3 years. Original implementation schedule 2015-2017 delayed to 2016-2018.

August 2015 National Adoption Weekend Grant from PetSmart Charities to DCAP. $2,250 for event 8/29-8/30, awarded July 22, 2015 for marketing, tent, and misting fan rental
