Spay/Neuter

The Dallas Companion Animal Project strives to reduce the killing of dogs and cats in the Dallas Animal Shelter and Adoption center through free spay and neuter programs that provide surgeries to low-income pet owners who could otherwise not afford to alter their pets.

Spay DayThe Big Fix For Big D
The Big Fix for Big D program provides free surgeries and vaccinations for Dallas residents living in the following zip codes: 75211, 75212, 75216, 75217, 75224, 75227, 75228 and 75241. This service is free, but people are asked to consider making a donation so the program can help others. Vaccinations and city registration are included. Call 972-498-8800 or e-mail spaydallas2@yahoo.com. You can also call 214-DBIGFIX (214-324-4349) to make an appointment with the SPCA of Texas or Spay Neuter Network.
